Project scope

Scope, quantity, rate, timeline, deliverables, and special handling are confirmed before paid production begins. Website prices are starting rates, not automatic final quotes.

Free sample

A free sample is intended to confirm editing direction for a genuine prospective project. Availability and scope depend on source quality, complexity, and capacity.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the files and request the work. You are responsible for accurate instructions, working download access, and timely feedback.

Revisions

Minor adjustments that remain within the approved brief are included. New creative directions, replacement files, or scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline.

Payment and delivery

Payment terms are confirmed with the quote. Final high-resolution delivery may depend on agreed payment completion. Delays in files, approvals, or feedback can move the delivery date.

File storage

Keep your own backup of all source and final files. PixedPhoto does not promise permanent storage. Remove third-party sharing access when the project is complete.

Portfolio use

Client work is not published without permission. Permission may be withdrawn for future display by contacting PixedPhoto, subject to reasonable processing time.
