Pricing FAQ

Questions about samples, revisions, and volume work.

Is the first sample really free?

Yes. Send one image through the free-sample page. We will review the brief and confirm what can be completed as the sample before paid work begins.

How do I send my files?

Share a viewable Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link. For security, grant only the access needed for the project and remove access when the work is complete.

How fast is delivery?

Most standard edits are delivered in 24–48 hours. Wedding collections usually take 2–3 days. Large, recurring, or advanced projects receive a confirmed custom timeline.

Are revisions included?

Minor adjustments that keep the approved brief are included. New directions or scope-changing revisions may require a revised quote.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Recurring and high-volume projects can receive a custom rate after image quality, complexity, and turnaround are reviewed.
