How PixedPhoto handles your information.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a project request, we may receive your name, email address, message, editing instructions, image quantity, service choice, and a file-sharing link. We do not ask for account passwords or payment-card details through these forms.

How information is used

Information is used to review your request, prepare a sample or quote, deliver editing services, respond to support questions, and maintain reasonable project records.

Client files

Only share files you are authorized to provide. Grant the minimum access needed and remove access after delivery. Client work is not published in the PixedPhoto portfolio without permission.

Retention and deletion

Project information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, record-keeping, and applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion of information that is no longer required.

Service providers

Hosting, email, analytics, file-transfer, and payment providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. Their own policies apply when you use third-party file-sharing platforms.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@pixedphoto.com. Verification may be required before acting on a request.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
