File security

Share only what the project needs.

A practical guide for sending source files, protecting access, and closing a project securely.

01

Use a dedicated folder

Create a project folder containing only the files needed for editing. Do not share unrelated client or personal data.

02

Grant view/download access

Use “Anyone with the link can view” when appropriate. Never send your cloud account password.

03

Share the link privately

Submit the link through the order or sample form, or send it directly to the official PixedPhoto email.

04

Remove access after delivery

Once final files are received and backed up, revoke the share link or remove access.

05

Request restricted handling

Mention embargoes, confidential launches, private portraits, or NDA requirements before sharing files.

06

Keep your own backup

Maintain independent copies of all source and delivered files. PixedPhoto is not a permanent storage service.

Need restricted handling?

Confirm the requirement before sending files.
